Many aspects of yoga are in fact about being in the moment, and at one with nature and the universe.
Outdoors yoga, especially in natural or historic settings can be very liberating. Julia also assures a level of safety, privacy, and security in the settings she teaches, but of course, she can’t control the weather. Please be sure to double-check the weather, and to bring whatever makes you feel most comfortable (an extra towel, water, sunscreen, insect repellent, sunglasses, etc).
