How do I get to the yoga classes?
 

317 Giudecca

​

From the ACTV Palanca vaporetto stop, it is a 2 minute walk. Take a left out of the dock and once you cross over one bridge, look for a green door with the street number 317. Ring the bell under G. Curtis.

 

Chiesa Del Redentore (201 Giudecca)

​

From the ACTV Redentore vaporetto stop, it is a 1 minute walk. Take a right out of the dock and you will come across a dark green door which is the entrance directly before a tobacco shop and grocery store.

Serra Dei Giardini (1254 via Giuseppe Garibaldi)

​

From the ACTV Giardini/Biennale vaporetto stop, exit left and veer to the right. Once you cross over the bridge on Viale Giuseppe Garibaldi, the greenhouse will be to your right.

Palazzo Donà dalle Rose (Fondamente Nove 5038)

From the ACTV Fondamente Nove vaporetto stop, take a right out of the stop and then make a left onto Calle Tre Croci. Make a right onto the first street, Ramo Donà and ring the bell under Mezza Studio. 

What style of yoga are the classes?
Each class is designed to meet the levels, needs, and interests of the individual students. 

What do I need to bring to classes?
Wear comfortable clothes and ideally no socks. You may bring your own yoga mat and a towel. Yoga mats are provided if you don't have your own.  

What if I have medical concerns?
Our instructors are trained in specific yoga modalities for students who experience back problems, stress, inflammation along other health concerns. We ask that you notify the instructor prior to the start of the class for modifications to be made to the design of the course for your requirements.
